1. Informational purpose
The Site provides general information about Copper Sable’s institutional digital-asset infrastructure focus: execution support, custody connectivity, and risk infrastructure. Content on the Site is for informational purposes only.
Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing on the Site is an offer to buy or sell any security, digital asset, or financial instrument, or a solicitation of investment.
2. No brokerage, custody, or banking claim
Publication of this Site does not make Coppersable Ltd a bank, exchange, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or custodian. Descriptions of capabilities are high-level. Any production access, integrations, or commercial engagement requires a separate written agreement defining scope, responsibilities, and limitations.
3. Institutional audience
The Site is directed to professional and institutional audiences. You are responsible for ensuring that any inquiry or engagement is lawful in your jurisdiction and consistent with your organization’s permissions and policies.
4. Intellectual property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coppersable Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from or related to use of the Site. Aggregate liability arising from Site use shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coppersable Ltd from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise for consumer protections (which generally do not apply to this institutional Site).

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
